Born and raised in Brighton before relocating to Scarborough, Ras Bunny King was introduced to reggae through older friends in the early eighties. With massive influences such as LKJ, Dennis Bovell, and Big Youth, by the end of the decade, he had started playing in bands & establishing himself as a DJ.
In 1999 he founded www.aerosolikrecords.co.uk, whom he has toured and performed with all around the world. From Africa to the Caribbean,he has seen success on the underground with various releases.(performs monthly with Aerosolik Army SoundSystem & Radio shows). He’s Playing Main stage at this years One Love Festival for the second year running
Another string to Ras Bunny King’s bow is painting portraits of Reggae artists ,he has produced over 200 images of the genre greats. Ras Bunny King has exhibited from Jamaica to Scotland.
